Zivid management team

Thomas is a seasoned leader in the high-technology sector. Prior to joining Zivid he led the product strategy, development, and execution at Nordic Semiconductor for over 10 years as Director of Product Management. He was also responsible for company strategy and investor relations as Director of Strategy and Investor Relations.

He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Henrik is an experienced founder and entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry. He led Zivid from incubation at SINTEF (Scandinavia’s largest independent research organization) to a fast-growing company in the 3D robot and automation field internationally. He has won numerous awards as a senior researcher in Machine Vision, Pattern Recognition, 3D Cameras, Optics, Robotics, Programming and Parallel Processing.

Henrik holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Cybernetics from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Thomas joined Zivid in 2022 to strengthen our financial planning process and build a financial strategy for the future of the company. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and business development and held leadership positions at Norwegian tech companies.

Thomas holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH)

Joel leads the engineering organization at Zivid. He has a strong system engineering background with 15+ years of experience in the intersection and integration of complex hardware and software, developed and delivered at scale to demanding top tier customers globally. Previously he served as Principal Engineering Manager in Nordic Semiconductor ASA where he led multiple engineering teams across multiple locations.

He holds an Honours degree in Systems Engineering from the Australian National University. 

Mikkel is responsible for all global sales, marketing, and customer support activities ensuring customer success by delivering the right 3D vision solutions. He arrives at Zivid from Microsoft where he served for more than 14 years, with more than 8 years in international roles leading pan-EMEA sales teams focusing on emerging cloud technologies. His most recent role was as EMEA Business Lead, responsible for the Azure Cloud Application Development team.

He holds an M.Sc. in Informatics from the University in Oslo (UiO).

Espen joined Zivid in 2024 to scale-up and industrialize our production and supply chain.
Espen has 30 years of experience from leadership positions in operations across various industries, managing industrialization, lean transformation and supply chain optimization

Espen holds a MSc (NTNU) and a MBA (Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Paris and BI Norwegian School of Management)

Ingri is responsible for hiring the best and the brightest talent and delivering a remarkable employee experience at Zivid. She joined Zivid in 2017 to manage our HR and financial activities, which were essential to the company's growth.

Ingri holds a B.Sc. in Organizational Leadership from the inland Norway university of Applied Sciences.

Øyvind is responsible for Zivid’s product strategy and delivery. He has a broad background that spans semiconductor design, technical support, product management, and strategic sales. Previous to Zivid Øyvind worked for Energy Micro and Silicon Labs.

Øyvind holds an M.Sc. in electronic engineering from the Norwegian university of Science and Technology (NTNU).
