Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Zivid product (camera firmware, the Zivid SDK, Zivid Studio, Zivid Tools, or Zivid Motion), please report it to psirt@zivid.com.
Please include information that will help us follow up with you and investigate:

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
What you can expect
We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed of our assessment, and credit you for the discovery if you wish once the issue is resolved. Zivid will comply with statutory reporting obligations and communicate with our customers as needed before public disclosure.
